摘　　要：总结了中国运载火箭技术研究院以问题为导向、以标准为抓手,提出并组织编制运载火箭产品质量保证核心标准群的背景、策划及实施情况。识别和分析影响产品质量的突出矛盾和问题,抓少数的关键,持续完善产品质量保证所遵循的核心标准,是保证型号和组织连续成功的重要基础。This paper summarizes the background,planning and implementation of the core standards for quality assurance of launch vehicle products constructed by China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology,which is problem-oriented and with standard as a handle.Identifying and analyzing the influence on product quality assurance,simultaneously improving the core standards are the important basis for ensuring the continuous success of projects and organizations.
