摘　　要：发展新工科、新医科、新农科、新文科,已上升为高等教育发展国家战略。地方高校是新文科建设的主力军,肩负应用型新文科人才培养的重任。文章对地方高校新文科专业的内涵、特征、意义与建设策略等进行探讨,总结出新文科专业的五大特征,提出地方高校新文科七大建设策略,包括建设新理念、发展新路径、研制新方案、培养新机制、师资新提升、条件新水平和质量新标准等。The development of "new engineering, new medical science, new agriculture, and new liberal arts" has been upgraded to a national strategy for the development of higher education. As the main force of construction of"new liberal arts", local colleges and universities should shoulder the responsibility of cultivating applied talents of new liberal arts. Based on the discussion of the connotation, characteristics and construction strategies of "new liberal arts" majors in local col leges and universities, five characteristics of new liberal arts were summarized and seven construction strategies of new liberal arts were proposed: new construction concept, new development path, new development program, new training mechanism, new improvement of teachers, new level of conditions, new standards of quality and so on.
