钢铁企业商业模式创新系统的耦合空间差异化研究

摘　　要：商业模式创新是管理领域研究的热点问题,针对钢铁企业的行业特点,构建了适用于钢铁行业的商业模式创新系统,并利用熵值法、时间序列数据和耦合度模型,实证研究了我国钢铁企业商业模式创新系统耦合的空间差异。研究发现,钢铁企业商业模式创新系统的价值创造子系统、价值传递子系统和价值获取子系统之间存在耦合关系,但不同区域的钢铁企业商业模式创新系统核心要素差异性较大,其中,华南、华东、华中地区的钢铁企业应持续加大研发和创新,华北和东北地区的钢铁企业应进一步优化企业资本结构,而西北和西南地区的钢铁企业需重点关注企业盈利能力的提高。Business model innovation is a hot topic in the field of management research.According to the industry characteristics of iron and steel enterprises,this paper constructs the business model innovation system suitable for iron and steel industry.Using entropy method,time series data and coupling degree model,this paper empirically studies the spatial difference of the coupling of business model innovation systems of iron and steel enterprises.It is found that there are coupling relations among the sub-systems of value creation,value delivery and value acquisition in the business model innovation system of iron and steel enterprises.But the core elements of the business model innovation system in different regions are quite different,among them,steel enterprises in south,eastern and central China should continue to increase research and innovation;steel enterprises in north and northeast China should adjust capital structure;and steel enterprises in northwest and southwest China need to improve profitability.
