摘 要:【目的】通过建立子代测定林的方法,对来自湖南、江西、福建3个樟树主要产地的30个樟树半同胞家系进行子代测定,估算樟树家系的育种值、遗传力等遗传参数,进而分析研究其生长性状的遗传变异规律,筛选樟树优良家系。【方法】对2018年春季在湖南、江西、广西3地营建的樟树子代测定林进行生长性状实地测量调查,各家系测量总样本量不低于45株。采用南京林业大学林木遗传育种重点实验室开发的HalfsibMS程序包计算樟树各家系的遗传力、遗传变异系数、育种值等遗传参数。通过多重比较法、综合选择指数法,以及整齐度指标等联合选择方法对参试的30个樟树家系进行分析评价以及优良家系筛选。【结果】2年生樟树家系子代测定林总体树高、地径表型变幅分别为60~290 cm和0.9~5.8 cm。树高、地径的家系遗传力分别达0.68和0.36,单株遗传力分别为0.40和0.18;树高、地径遗传变异系数分别为33.20%和31.80%;参试樟树家系间树高、地径生长差异极显著(P<0.01),且树高、地径等性状家系遗传力较高,说明家系选择潜力大。结合育种值估算结果、多性状综合选择指数、家系RD整齐度,综合选择出了湖南2号、湖南5号、湖南7号、江西1号、江西3号、福建2号、福建3号7个性状育种值高、家系整齐度好、遗传增益较高的优良半同胞家系。【结论】樟树各性状在家系间呈极显著差异,家系选择和改良潜力大。采用育种值评价、综合选择指数法,RD整齐度指标的联合选择方法可以有效选出生长表现优良的家系,扩大樟树优良家系选育的范围,充分利用樟树资源的遗传多样性,为多目标育种提供资源基础。【Objective】The progenies of 30 half sib families of Cinnamomum camphora introduced from Hunan,Jiangxi and Fujian were determined.The breeding value,heritability and other genetic parameters of Cinnamomum camphora families were estimated,and the genetic variation rules of growth traits were analyzed and studied to screen excellent camphor families.【Method】The growth traits of Cinnamomum camphora progeny test forests built in Hunan,Jiangxi and Guangxi in spring of 2018 were investigated.The total sample size of each family was no less than 45 trees.With the control group,1395 surviving progeny data were measured.The heritability,coefficient of genetic variation,breeding value and other genetic parameters of Cinnamomum camphora families were calculated using the HalfsibMS package developed by the key laboratory of forest genetics and breeding of Nanjing Forestry University.Through multiple comparison method,comprehensive selection index method and uniformity index method,30 camphor families were analyzed and evaluated,and excellent families were screened.【Result】The phenotypic variation range of height and ground diameter of two-year-old Cinnamomum camphora families were 40-290 cm and 0.9-5.8 cm,respectively.The heritability of tree height and ground diameter were 0.68 and 0.36,respectively,and the heritability of individual plant was 0.40 and 0.18,respectively;The genetic variation coefficients of tree height and ground diameter were 33.20%and 31.80%,respectively;There were significant differences in tree height and ground diameter among Cinnamomum camphora families(P<0.01),and the family heritability of tree height and ground diameter was high,which indicated that breeding at family level had great potential.According to the results of breeding value estimation,multi character comprehensive selection index and family Rd uniformity,seven excellent half sib families with high breeding value,good family uniformity and high genetic gain were selected,includingHunan 2,Hunan 5,Hunan 7,Jiangxi 1,Jiangxi 3,Fuj
