摘 要:在解耦双循环反应系统中,进行了以石英砂-赤铁矿为床料的白松木屑热解和热解油催化提质研究。通过颗粒分级器,将循环床料石英砂和赤铁矿分别分配到热解器和提质器,构成原料热解-半焦燃烧和热解油催化提质-床料再生两个独立、平行的反应回路,实现了各反应的解耦调控。考察了热解温度、赤铁矿/生物质比(H/B)、提质温度对热解产物的影响。结果表明,提高热解温度有利于白松木屑热解脱氧,油产率在500℃时达到峰值。H/B增大促进了热解油的脱羧和脱羰反应,有效降低了其中酯类、酸类、酮类的含量,进而富集了芳烃、糠醛类等高值化学品。提质温度升高使热解油中各种含氧化合物(除酚类)相对含量均处于较低水平,而芳烃相对含量增加,最高可达35.6%。In a decoupled dual loop reaction system,the pyrolysis of white pine sawdust and the catalytic upgrading of pyrolysis oil with quartz sand-hematite as the bed material were studied.During the experiments,through the particulate classifier,the circulated bed materials of quartz sand and hematite are distributed to a fluidized bed pyrolyzer and a radial flow moving bed upgrading reactor,respectively.And thus two independent and parallel reaction loops,i.e.a loop of raw material pyrolysis-char combustion and a loop of pyrolysis oil catalytic upgrading-bed material regeneration,were formed to realize the decoupling control of each reaction.The effects of pyrolysis temperature,hematite/biomass mass ratio(H/B)and upgrading temperature on the pyrolysis products were investigated.The results show that increasing the pyrolysis temperature is beneficial to deoxidation of white pine sawdust,and the pyrolysis oil yield reaches its peak at 500℃.The increase of H/B promotes the decarboxylation and decarbonylation of pyrolysis oil,which effectively decreases the contents of esters,acids and ketones,thus enriches high-value chemicals such as aromatics and furfurals.As the catalytic upgrading temperature increases,the relative contents of various oxygenated compounds(except phenols)in the oil are all at a low level,while the content of aromatics increases,up to 35.6%.
