摘 要:采用带微型热导检测器的创新型气相色谱仪,选用不同的分析模块组合对模拟天然气中的组分进行快速分析。分析结果表明,在恒定温度条件下色谱可在85 s内完成天然气中常规组分的分析,分析重复性在1%以内;120 s内完成12组分硫化物气体组分的分析,检出限为0.5~2.0μmol/mol;H_(2)S、COS、CH_(3)SH、C_(2)H_(5)SH四种硫化物在5~60μmol/mol的浓度范围内线性相关性好(R^(2)>0.999);80 s内完成重烃和苯系物的快速分析,检出限低于2μmol/mol。该快速检测方法可为天然气的能量计量和质量控制提供分析技术保障。An innovative gas chromatograph with a micro thermal conductivity detector was used to rapidly analyze the components in the simulated nature gas with different analysis module combinations.The results show that the chromatography can completely analyze the conventional components in natural gas within 85 s and the analysis repeatability is within 1%under the condition of constant temperature.The analyses of 12 sulfide gas components are completed within 120 s and the detection limit is 0.5-2.0μmol/mol.The linear correlations of H_(2)S,COS,CH_(3)SH and C_(2)H_(5)SH are good in the concentration range of 5-60μmol/mol(R^(2)>0.9990).Rapid analyses of heavy hydrocarbon and monoaromatic hydrocarbons are completed within 80 s and the detection limit is less than 2μmol/mol.The rapid analysis method can provide technical support for energy measurement and quality control of natural gas.
