专科医院基于“一动力三循环”的医务科团队培育模式

摘　　要：目的为解决专科医院医务科团队建设弱化的问题,提高团队协同力、服务力和成长力。方法基于“一动力三循环”管理模式,探讨了专科医院医务科团队培育的“3C”工作机制,即应用“团队协同法”、“集体行动法”、“做学结合法”三类方法,从统一团队目标、增进团队协作、促进信任建立、明确岗位分工、组织团队学习和建立心理契约等多个方面进行团队培育。结果实施2年后,医务科团队团结协作,服务临床和患者的能力提高,科室人员目标感和工作价值感增强,成长路径明晰,主要管理指标不同程度地提升。结论“3C”工作机制能够较好地发挥专科医院医务科团队培育作用,值得进一步实践与提升。基于“一动力三循环”管理模式,医务科团队培育的“3C”工作机制,即“团队协同法”、“集体行动法”、“做学结合法”,并在团队培育中取得了较好的效果,科室协同力、服务力和成长力均得到不同程度的提升。Objective To solve the problem of the weakness of team building in Medical Department of special hospital,and improve team capacity,service ability and growth capacity.Methods Based on the management mode of"one driver&three cycle",the"3C"working mechanism of medical team cultivation in special hospital was explored and implemented,that is,the application of"coordination of team","collective action"and"combination of doing and study"team cultivation includes promoting trust building,clarifying job division,organizing team learning and establishing psychological contract.Results After two years of implementation,the medical team united and cooperated,the ability of serving clinical and patients was improved,the sense of goal and work value of the Department staff was enhanced,the growth path was clear,and the main management indicators were improved to varying degrees.Conclusion The"3C"working mechanism can play a better role in the cultivation of medical team in specialized hospitals,which is worthy of further practice and promotion.Based on the management mode of One Driver&Three Cycle,the 3C method of team cultivation in the medical administration division was discussed,namely,"coordination of team","collective action"and"combination of doing and study",has achieved better results in team cultivation,and the cooperation,service and growth ability of departments have been improved to varying degrees.
