摘　　要：目的:研究根本原因分析追踪在消毒供应中心中的护理效果。方法:河南大学淮河医院消毒供应中心于2019年3月开始实施根本原因分析追踪制度。对2018年3月—2019年2月以及2019年3月—2020年2月消毒供应中心的灭菌器械进行抽检,并统计同期医院手术患者术后感染情况,对比实施前与实施后两组的抽检情况及感染情况。结果:与实施前相比,实施后器械清洗不合格发生率、无菌包标签日期错误发生率、外标签与包内器械不相符发生率均显著降低(P<0.05),医院手术患者Ⅰ类(清洁)切口术后感染、Ⅱ类(清洁-污染)切口术后感染、术后下呼吸道感染以及术后泌尿道感染发生率均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:在消毒供应中心采用根本原因分析追踪可有效降低不良事件发生率、医院手术患者术后感染发生率,提高护理效果。Objective:To study the nursing effect of root cause analysis and tracking in disinfection supply center.Methods:The hospital began to implement the root cause analysis and tracking system from March 2019.Sampling inspections were conducted on the sterilization equipment in the disinfection supply center from March 2018 to February 2019 and from March 2019 to February 2020,and the sampling results of the two groups before and after the implementation were compared.The postoperative infection status of hospital surgery patients in the same period before and after the implementation of this system was compared.Results:Compared with before implementation,the incidence of unqualified instrument cleaning,the incidence of incorrect sterile package label date and the incidence of inconsistency between the external label and the equipment in the package significantly reduced after implementation(P<0.05),while the incidence of postoperative infection of classⅠ(clean)incision,postoperative infection of classⅡ(clean-contaminated)incision,postoperative lower respiratory tract infection and postoperative urinary tract infection in hospital surgery patients significantly reduced after implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of root cause analysis and tracking in the disinfection supply center can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events and the incidence of postoperative infections in hospital surgery patients,thereby improving the nursing effect.
