摘　　要：目的:探讨跨理论模型干预模式对胃癌术后患者遵医行为及心理状况的影响,以期为胃癌的临床干预提供指导。方法:选取2019年8月—2020年7月于郑州大学第五附属医院接受治疗的56例胃癌手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各28例。观察组采用跨理论模型干预模式的护理干预,对照组采用常规护理干预,均干预1个月。比较两组遵医行为及心理状况。结果:干预1个月后,观察组遵医行为评分高于对照组,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:跨理论模型干预模式能显著提升胃癌术后患者遵医行为,减轻患者负性心理,改善心理状况。Objective:To investigate the influence of cross-theoretical model intervention mode on the compliance behavior and psychological status of patients with gastric cancer after surgery,in order to provide guidance for clinical intervention of gastric cancer.Methods:Fifty-six patients undergoing gastric cancer surgery in the hospital from August 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The observation group adopted cross-theoretical model intervention mode nursing intervention,and the control group adopted conventional nursing intervention,both of which were intervened for 1 month.The two groups’compliance behavior and psychological status were compared.Results:After 1 month of intervention,the observation group’s compliance behavior score was higher than that of the control group,and the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and depression self-rating scale(SDS)scores were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The cross-theoretical model intervention mode can significantly improve the compliance behavior of patients after gastric cancer surgery,reduce the negative psychology of patients,and improve their psychological status.
