双心护理对慢性心衰患者负性情绪及用药依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨双心护理对慢性心衰患者负性情绪及用药依从性的影响。方法:选取河南省人民医院2019年3月—2020年3月间收治的慢性心衰患者98例,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各49例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上行双心护理模式。对比两组患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)的评分、用药依从性及生活质量。结果:观察组用药依从性高于对照组,干预后患者SAS、SDS评分分别为(40.26±3.13)分、(43.58±3.26)分,均低于对照组,生活质量量表中社会功能评分为(89.36±7.63)分、情绪控制评分为(88.37±7.58)分、精神健康评分为(79.52±6.58)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双心护理可提高慢性心衰患者用药依从性,改善患者负性情绪,提升患者生活质量。Objective:To explore the influence of double heart nursing on negative emotion and medication compliance of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:98 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given double heart nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing.The scores of self rating Depression Scale(SDS)and self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),medication compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were(40.26±3.13)and(43.58±3.26)respectively,which were lower than those of the control group.The social function score(89.36±7.63),emotional control score(88.37±7.58)and mental health score(79.52±6.58)in the quality of life scale were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Double heart nursing can improve the medication compliance of patients with chronic heart failure,improve the negative emotions of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
