摘　　要：目的:通过波士顿矩阵法分析郑州大学第三附属医院住院药房的药物咨询情况,找出药师知识体系的优势和不足,进而提升药学服务质量,促进临床合理用药。方法:收集本院住院药房2019年的“药物咨询记录表”,采用回顾性调查分析方法,引入波士顿矩阵法对372例药物咨询问题进行汇总分析。结果:分析发现,不同类型问题的咨询频次和药师回答质量差别较大,据此制定了“发展型”、“稳定型”、“选择型”的应对策略,以高效地提高药师职业水平。结论:通过分析住院药房药物咨询情况,准确获知临床用药问题和药师知识的短板,采取精准改进措施为临床提供优质药学服务,以提高合理用药水平。Objective:To analyze the status of drug consultation in the inpatient dispensary of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University by Boston matrix method,so as to find out the advantages and disadvantages of pharmacists’knowledge system,improve the quality of pharmaceutical care and promote rational use of drugs in clinical practice.Methods:The 2019 drug consultation records in the inpatient dispensary of the hospital were collected,and a statistical analysis was made in the 372 cases of drug consultation by using Boston matrix analysis method.Results:The analysis revealed that the consultation frequency of different problems and the quality of pharmacist response were quite different.Based on the results of the survey,different coping strategies of“developmental type”,“stable type”and“selective type”were developed,with an aim to effectively improve the professional level of pharmacists.Conclusion:By analyzing the status of drug consultation in the inpatient dispensary,the problems and shortfalls of pharmacists concenrning clinical medication were obtained accurately.Consequently,accurate measures were adopted for high quality pharmaceutical care in clinical practice and further improvement of rational drug use.
