摘　　要：老鹳草已有600余年的临床药用历史。老鹳草属植物种类繁多,全国广布,已知我国分布有55种及5变种。其中,鼠掌老鹳草、尼泊尔老鹳草、毛蕊老鹳草、中日老鹳草、粗根老鹳草及纤细老鹳草等在部分地区作为老鹳草用。可见,老鹳草药材具有多基原、广分布的特点。按照时间顺序,从名称、基原、产地、采收加工、炮制及功效等方面对历代本草典籍有关老鹳草的记载进行考证研究发现,明清及民国时期本草著作中提到的牻牛儿苗和老鹳草与今有一定差异。老鹳草的古今产地变迁不大,功效主治古今亦大致相同。通过对老鹳草进行系统的本草考证,为其深入研究和合理开发利用提供理论依据。According to literature,Erodii Herba Geranii Herba has more than 600 years of clinical medicinal history.Geranium has a wide variety of plants,and it is known that there are 55 species and 5 varieties in China.Among them,G.sibiricum L.,G.nepalense Sweet,G.eriostmon Fisch.,G.nepalense var.thunbergii Kudo.,G.dahuricum DC.and G.robertianum L.have been used as geranium in some provinces.It can be seen that geranium herbal material has the characteristics of multi-protocol and wide distribution.In chronological order,the records were studied in terms of name,basic origin,origin,harvesting,processing and efficacy.The original plant of Ming and Qing Dynasty is different with today.Geranii Herba is widely distributed in ancient and modern places.There is little difference in the distribution of ancient and modern origins,and the indications is basically identical.Through systematic herbal research on this traditional Chinese medicine,it provides a theoretical basis for further research and rational exploitation of Erodii Herba Geranii Herba.
