摘　　要：在世界革命观的指引下,中非相互支持,中国共产党为非洲反帝反殖反霸斗争提供了国际道义、战略思想与实际行动上的竭力支持,帮助非洲国家取得民族解放斗争的胜利,而非洲国家的民族解放事业彻底冲垮了帝国主义的殖民体系,也为中国的发展进步赢得机遇期;在共同发展观的指引下,中国共产党为非洲建设提供了各领域的无私援助,并以互利共赢为目标开展多种形式的中非经贸合作,不但推动中非双方的经济社会发展,而且朝着构建更加紧密的中非命运共同体前进。回望百年中国共产党与非洲革命和建设的历史,中国共产党始终秉持正确的"非洲观""世界观""中非友谊观",以马克思主义为指导,以对人类社会发展规律的认知与把握为前提,以独立自主、完全平等、互相尊重、互不干涉内政为交往基本原则,以增进中非人民的共同福祉为落脚点,注重与时俱进适时调整对非政策,注重党际交往分享治国理政经验,从而实现了捍卫非洲国家主权与中非共同发展的目标,使其百年历史具有深厚的国际主义哲学底蕴和鲜明的马克思主义使命型政党特征,同时彰显了百年大党的全球视野、世界胸怀、大国担当和政治智慧。Guided by the view of world revolution,China and Africa support each other,and the CPC has provided international moral,strategic ideological and practical support for Africa's anti-imperialist,anti-colonial and anti-hegemonic struggles,helping African countries achieve victory in their struggles for national liberation,while the national liberation cause of African countries has completely overthrown the imperialist colonial system and won an opportunity period for China's development and progress.Under the guidance of the view of common development,the Communist Party of China has provided selfless assistance to Africa's construction in various fields and carried out various forms of China-Africa economic and trade cooperation with the goal of achieving mutual benefit and win-win situation,which not only promotes both China and Africa's economic and social development,but also promotes them to move toward building a closer China-Africa community with a shared future.Looking back at the century-long history of the CPC and African revolution and con-struction,the CPC has always upheld the correct“view on Africa”,“world view”and“view on China-Africa friendship”,and guided by Marxism,has taken the knowledge and grasp of the laws of human social development as the precondition,taken independence,complete equality,mutual respect and non-interference in each other's internal affairs as the basic principles of communication,taken the promotion of the common welfare of the Chinese and African people as the foothold,and laid emphasis on timely adjustment of its policy toward Africa and on inter-party exchanges and sharing of experience in governance,thus achieving the goals of safeguarding the sovereignty of African countries and realizing the common development of China and Africa.This makes the CPC's century-long history bear profound philosophical implication of internationalism and distinct feature of Marxist mission-oriented political party,and manifest at the same time the global vision,world mind,great
