基于中医传承辅助平台的中医药治疗功能性便秘用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中医药治疗功能性便秘的组方用药规律。方法筛选中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)建库至2020年8月中医药治疗功能性便秘的文献,运用中医传承辅助平台(TCMISS)V2.5软件分析组方用药规律。结果筛选出方剂267首,其中涉及中药166味,高频用药主要以补虚药、理气药为主,最终演化得到核心药物组合22组,新处方11首。结论中医药治疗功能性便秘以益气养血、滋阴润肠、温阳通便、理气导滞、活血化瘀为基本原则,为临床治疗提供参考。Objective To explore the prescription and medication laws of Traditional Chinese Medicine for treating Functional Constipation.Methods Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Chinese Academic Journal Database(Wanfang Data),Chinese Sci-tech Journal Full-text Database(VIP),and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)were searched to screen out clinical literatures about Traditional Chinese Medicine for treating Functional Constipation from the establishment of these databases to August of 2020.The prescription and medication laws are analyzed by Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS)V2.5.Results A total of 267 prescriptions were collected,including 166 Chinese drugs.High-frequency medication is mainly based on tonic drugs and Qi regulating drugs.22 core drug combinations were developed and 11 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusions TCM for treating Functional Constipation is based on the principles of replenishing Qi and nourishing blood,nourishing yin and moisturizing the intestines,warming yang to relax bowel movements,regulating Qi and leading stagnation,and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,which can provide references for clinical treatment.
