摘　　要：根据高炉透平发电机组的振动状况,利用旋转机械振动故障诊断理论,采用频谱分析的方法,量化振动信号的频谱组成,分析出引起振动大的主要原因。采取针对性措施进行处理,成效显著。According to the vibration status of blast furnace turbine generator unit,the main reason resulted in big vibration is analyzed,by means of the theory of rotating machinery vibration fault diagnosis,through adopting the method of frequency spectrum analysis and quantifying the frequency spectrum composition of vibration signal.Taking targeted measures to treat has achieved remarkable results.
