摘　　要：针对鞍钢股份鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司炼钢连铸大包回转台包臂称重系统称重传感器受力不均、重量检测不准确等缺陷,采用分离式称重梁结构进行改进,同时增加了冷却防护装置和设计合理的外形结构。改造后的称重系统提高了耐高温、抗冲击、防钢水飞溅能力。There are defects existing in the sensor of the ladle arm weighing system of steelmaking continuous caster turret in the Angang Bayuquan Iron and Steel Company,such as uneven load distribution and inaccurate weight detecting.The structure of separating type weighing beam is modified.The cooling protection device and reasonable appearance structure are used.After the modification,the capacity of heat resistance,impact resistance and liquid steel splashing prevention are improved.
