摘　　要：阐述了国有钢铁企业设备管理必须立足于企业管理的全局,自觉地坚持为企业生产经营服务和长远发展服务的理念。提出设备管理工作只有随着企北装备的更新和设备技术状况水平的变化而不断创新,确立符合设备类型的有效管理机制和方法,才能推动企业实现产量、质量和成本效益的最佳效果。The equipment management of state-owned steel enterprises must be based on the overall situation of enterprise management,and consciously adhere to the concept of serving for enterprise production and operation and long-term development.It is pointed out that enterprises can only be promoted to realize best effects in output,quality and cost-benefit through continuous innovation with the equipment updating and the changing of equipment technical status,establishing an effective management mechanism and method according to the type of equipment.
