摘　　要：针对本钢不锈钢冷轧二十辊森吉米尔轧机卷取过程中钢卷边部严重甩油及下机后带钢表面残油量较高的问题,提出了几种改进方法。改进后可有效控制带钢表面的残油量,使带钢表面残油量由2000mg/m^(2)控制到平均残油量为800mg/m^(2),降低吨钢油耗成本,效果良好。In order to solve the problem of serious oil spilling at the coil edge and high residual oil on the strip surface after winding in the twenty-high Sendzimir cold rolling mill of Bensteel,several improving methods were put forward.After the improvement,the residual oil on the strip surface can be effectively controlled,and the residual oil can be decreased from 2000 mg/m^(2) to average 800 mg/m^(2).The oil consumption per ton is reduced,and results are good.
