天然气热值提高对钢坯加热质量影响的探究

摘  要:将天然气热值由7500 kcal/m^(3)提高到9000 kcal/m^(3)热值提高后,理论燃烧温度将提高,烧嘴燃烧室内温度上升,将对钢坯加热质量产生影响。为探究热值提高后对钢坯加热质量的影响情况进行试验。试验的结果为优化加热工艺提供事实基础,为降低天然气消耗,减轻高成本运行压力提供有力支持。The calorific value of natural gas is increased from 7500 kcal/m^(3) to 9000 kcal/m^(3).After increased value,the theoretical combustion temperature will increase,and the temperature in the burner chamber will rise,which will have an impact on the heating quality of the billet.In order to explore the effects of calorific value on the hillet heating quality,experiments were carried out.The experimental resuits provide a factual basis for optimizing the heating process,and provide strong support for reducing the consumption of natural gas and high cost operation pressure.
