摘　　要：目的分析山东省济南市2010-2019年人间布鲁菌病(布病)流行特征,为完善防治策略和控制措施提供科学依据。方法通过"中国疾病预防控制信息系统"中的"传染病监测系统"收集济南市2010-2019年布病监测数据。用描述性流行病学方法对布病疫情概况和病例三间分布情况进行分析。结果2010-2019年,济南市共报告布病1882例,年均发病率为2.64/10万,各年度报告发病率在0.13/10万至5.37/10万,总体呈上升趋势(χ_(趋势)^(2)=307.50,P<0.05)。疫情范围由2010年的3个县区7个乡镇(街道)扩大至2019年的12个县区76个乡镇(街道)。全年均有布病病例报告,发病高峰集中在4-7月份。病例以男性为主,男女性别比为2.66∶1.00(1368∶514)。年龄分布主要集中在30~69岁年龄组。职业分布以农民为主。结论2010-2019年济南市布病疫情呈上升趋势,疫区范围不断扩大。应针对布病流行特征采取综合防控措施,提升疫情防控能力。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and trend of human brucellosis in Jinan City of Shandong Province from 2010 to 2019,so as to provide a scientific basis for improving prevention and control strategies and measures.Methods The brucellosis surveillance data of Jinan City from 2010 to 2019 were obtained from the"Infectious Disease Surveillance System"in"China Information System of Disease Prevention and Control".Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the epidemiological situation and the three distributions(regional distribution,time distribution,population distribution)of cases.Results A total of 1882 cases of brucellosis were reported from 2010 to 2019,with an average incidence rate of 2.64/100000.The incidence of brucellosis increased from 0.13/100000 to 5.37/100000,and reported incidence of brucellosis showed a increasing trend(χ_(trend)^(2)=307.50,P<0.05).The epidemic areas were spread from 7 towns(streets)of 3 counties(districts)to 76 towns(streets)of 12 counties(districts).The cases were reported each month throughout the year with incidence peak period form April to July.The gender of the patients was mainly male,and the sex ratio of male to female was 2.66:1.00(1368∶514).In terms of age distribution,30-69 years old was peak age.Farmer was the predominant occupational group.Conclusions In 2010 to 2019,the incidence of brucellosis in Jinan City has increased and the epidemic areas have expanded year by year.Corresponding measures for brucellosis prevention and control should be developed according to epidemiological characteristics in order to strengthen the capacity of epidemic prevention and control measures.
