摘　　要：云浮市红色文化资源丰富。本文采用SWOT分析法,深入分析云浮市在红色文化资源开发利用过程中的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,提出加强综合规划、强化跨区域组合规划与合作;创新传播渠道,提高品牌知名度和市场美誉度;壮大人才力量,提高服务水平;加强资源整合,突出竞争优势;加快产业融合,打造区域特色等对策建议。Yunfu City is rich in red cultural resources.Through SWOT analysis method,this paper deeply analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats in the process of the development and utilization of red cultural resources in Yunfu City,and proposes to strengthen the comprehensive planning and strengthen cross-regional combination planning and cooperation,to innovate communication channels and improve brand awareness and market reputation,to strengthen the talent power and improve the service level,to strengthen resource integration and highlight competitive advantage,to accelerate industrial integration and build regional characteristics and other countermeasures.
