摘　　要：通过对KR脱硫操作和工艺参数的试验,分析研究了KR铁水预脱硫工艺的影响因素。试验结果表明,脱硫粉剂消耗量、搅拌时间、搅拌速度对铁水脱硫率影响明显,确定了KR脱硫生产工艺参数,固化了生产工艺,为品种钢稳定生产提供保证。The influencing factors of KR pre-desulfuration technology are analyzed and studied through the test of operation and technological parameters of KR desulfurization.The test results showed that the effects of consumption of desulfurization powder as well as stirring time and speed on the desulfurization rate of molten iron were obvious.Moreover,the parameters of KR desulfurization production technology are determined and the production technology is solidified,which could provide guarantee for stable production of variety steel.
