摘  要:以包钢X80管线钢成分、组织、性能为研究基础,结合制管过程使用的焊接工艺和焊缝组织、性能特点,自主研发设计了一种高强、高韧的X80管线钢埋弧焊丝用BGX80盘条,并利用CCT曲线、拉伸试验以及金相检验等手段分析研究了其组织和力学性能变化规律。结果表明,包钢摩根生产线采用X80管线钢埋弧焊丝用钢盘条控制轧制技术与延迟缓冷技术,保证了盘条的强度和韧性。The high strength and toughness BGX80 wire rod for submerged arc welding wire of X80 pipeline steel is independently researched,developed and designed by taking the composition,microstructure and performances of X80 pipeline steel of Baotou Steel as research basis combining with welding technology,weld structure and performance characteristics in the process of manufacturing pipe.Moreover,the change rules of its microstructure and mechanical properties are analyzed and studied by such means as CCT curve,tensile test and metallographic inspection.The results showed that the use of controlled rolling and delayed slow cooling technologies for steel wire rod for submerged arc welding wire of X80 pipeline steel in Morgan production line of Baotou Steel ensured the strength and toughness of wire rod.
