摘 要:完善的配电自动化技术是提高配电网供电可靠性的关键。分布式配电自动化控制系统通过自主判断、自主决策、协同工作,实现快速隔离故障,缩短停电时间,可靠性较高。通过利用智能电源技术、物联网技术、模拟仿真技术以及过程控制技术,结合模拟断路器设备及配电自动化终端设备的物理仿真,建设模拟真实生产现场环境的仿真控制系统,实现配网巡视工作任务培训及常规生产中不易发生的运行工况、故障异常的灵活模拟控制,对配电运维检修人员及新入职员工进行配网运行维护、自动化控制原理、系统设备安装调试等方面的培训,达到提高配电运维检修人员的认识水平、满足技能培训及考核鉴定的需求。Perfect distribution automation technology is the key technology to improve the power supply reliability of distribution network.The distributed distribution automation control system can quickly isolate the fault,shorten the outage time and has high reliability through independent judgment,independent decision-making and collaborative work.Through the use of intelligent power supply technology,Internet of things technology,simulation technology and program-controlled loading fault technology,combined with the physical simulation of analog circuit breaker equipment and distribution automation terminal equipment,the simulation control system simulating the real production site environment is built to realize the distribution network inspection task training and flexible simulation of operation conditions and fault anomalies that are not easy to occur in conventional production control,the distribution operation and maintenance personnel and new employees are trained in the aspects of distribution network operation and maintenance,automation control principle,system equipment installation and commissioning,so as to improve the understanding level of distribution operation and maintenance personnel,meet the needs of skill training and assessment.
