摘　　要：为解决车间配电房配电屏更新而采用的新型的具有单独接地保护的断路器频繁跳闸的问题。通过对设备接地保护进行调查、分析和计算,找出了由于老旧的用电设备不具备单独的接地保护,保护不灵敏,造成了设备接地保护与配电屏接地保护配合不当而引起越级跳闸的原因。对老旧设备的接地保护进行了改进,增添了独立的接地电流检测控制电路。改进后不再出现越级跳闸。更换配电设备应对保护配合进行必要的核算,对旧设备进行必要的改进。To solve the problem of frequent tripping of the circuit breaker after using a new type of circuit breaker with independent grounding protection in the workshop distribution room.Through the investigation,analysis and calculation of equipment grounding protection,it is found out that the old electrical equipment does not have a separate grounding protection and the protection is not sensitive,which leads to the improper coordination between equipment grounding protection and distribution panel grounding protection and causes override trip.The grounding protection of old equipment is improved,and an independent grounding current detection and control circuit is added.After improvement,there is no override trip.When replacing the distribution equipment,the necessary accounting should be made for the protection coordination,and the necessary improvement should be made for the old equipment.
