摘　　要：10 kV配电所是铁路电力系统的重要组成部分,可以有效保证铁路配电系统安全运行,主要用于铁路电能的再次分配、控制和保护,可以为铁路系统提供安全、可靠的电能。配电所地网质量直接关系到铁路系统电力设备能否正常工作,能否保障操作人员的人身安全,接地网质量检测采用接地电阻检测技术,对接地网的电阻测试方法单一,测试周期长,在无人值守配电所中无法实时测试。为保证铁路配电系统供电安全,在10 kV配电所安装接地电阻在线监测装置的意义显得尤为重要。The 10 kV power distribution station is an important part of the railway power system.It can effectively ensure the safe operation of the railway power distribution system.It is mainly used for the redistribution,control and protection of railway electric energy and can provide safe and reliable electric energy for the railway system.The quality of the ground grid of the power distribution station is directly related to whether the power equipment of the railway system can work normally and whether the personal safety of the operators can be guaranteed.The quality of the grounding grid adopts the grounding resistance detection technology,and the resistance test method of the grounding grid is single and the test cycle is long.Real-time testing is not possible in unattended power distribution stations.In order to ensure the safety of the power supply of the railway power distribution system,it is particularly important to install the grounding resistance online monitoring device in the 10 kV power distribution station.
