摘  要:9E燃气轮机机组励磁机在运行过程中,经常会出现故障问题,需要根据励磁机的生产工艺和结构内容以及材料的应用问题,对其进行改进。通过开展相应的实验,对设备的性能进行检测,还要加强后期的维修和保养,才能对导致故障隐患进行排除,降低故障的发生概率,确保机组在运行时更加安全稳定。在这个过程中,需要选派专业的技术人员开展相关工作,并且引进更加先进的技术,才能对故障问题进行彻底解决。就9E燃气轮机机组励磁机故障分析及处理进行相关的分析和探讨。During the operation of the exciter of 9E gas turbine unit,failures often occur.It needs to be improved according to the production process and structure content of the exciter and the application of materials.Through carrying out corresponding experiments,testing the performance of the equipment,but also strengthening the repair and maintenance of the later period.In order to eliminate the causes of faults one by one,reduce the probability of faults and ensure that the unit is safer and more stable during operation.In this process,it is necessary to select professional technicians to carry out related work and introduce more advanced technologies to completely solve the fault problem.Carry out relevant analysis and discussion on the failure analysis and treatment of exciter of 9E gas turbine unit.
