摘　　要：电力生产现场中,10 kV电机由于长时间运行导致接线盒出线电缆线路老化的情况时有发生。本文主要讨论沙角C电厂10 kV给水泵电机接线盒电缆故障分析,提出10 kV电机出线端子盒采用开放的接线方式,避免密闭情况下存在的散热问题。电机接线套管容量裕度增加到匹配于给水泵电机正常运行的容量,用于解决电缆因原有接线方式不合理导致的故障情况,并将该方法运用在沙角C电厂其余8台给水泵电机中予以检验,获得较为良好的效果。In the power production site,the aging of the outlet cable line of the junction box due to long-term operation of the 10 kV motor occurs from time to time.This article mainly discusses the analysis of the cable failure of the terminal box of the 10 kV feedwater pump motor of our factory and proposes that the terminal box of the 10 kV motor outlet adopts an open wiring method to avoid the heat dissipation problem in the closed situation.The capacity margin of the motor wiring bushing is increased to match the capacity of the normal operation of the feedwater pump motor,which is used to solve the failure of the cable due to the unreasonable original wiring method,and this method is used in the other eight feedwater pump motors of the factory to be tested,To obtain relatively good results.
