摘  要:文章研制一种低压单相用户在接入三相四线配电网系统中智能平衡控制方法及装置,在线监测并控制低压配网小范围的三相负荷平衡度。该装置采用多点式布控小范围的调节三相平衡度技术、经过多点小范围支线配电网的自动调节控制、最终达到主干线路上的三相负荷达到动态平衡。采用多点式支线检测控制三相平衡度,更加精准地控制调节三相不平衡的源头、不平衡控制响应更加及时迅速。The invention provides a three-phase balance control method and device for low-voltage single-phase user area,which can monitor and control the three-phase load balance degree in a small range of low-voltage distribution network online.The invention adopts the technology of multi-point small-range control and adjustment of three-phase balance degree,through the automatic regulation and control of multi-point small-range branch distribution network,and finally achieves the dynamic balance of three-phase on the main line.Multi-point branch line detection control three-phase balance degree,more accurate control and regulation of three-phase unbalance source,unbalance control response is more timely and rapid.
