摘　　要：对某厂9FA燃机发电机出口断路器跳闸原因进行分析,故障的主要原因是在励端线棒出槽口处存在一个铁制垫片,发电机运行中此垫片受发电机励端漏磁和风速影响,在励端线棒出槽口这个窄小空间区域内发热、振动,对上下层线棒的绝缘进行破坏,最终造成发电机相间短路,引起机组停机。通过对此次故障的分析,提出处理及防范措施,供同类9FA电厂进行参考和借鉴,提升机组运行的可靠性。Analyzes the reasons for the tripping of the outlet circuit breaker of a 9 FA gas turbine generator in a certain factory.The main reason for the failure is that there is an iron gasket at the outlet of the field end bar.During the operation of the generator,this gasket is affected by the generator field leakage and wind speed in the narrow space area of the field end bar outlet.Heat and vibration damage the insulation of the upper and lower wire rods and eventually cause a short circuit between the generator phases,causing the unit to shut down.Through the analysis of this failure,the handling and preventive measures are put forward for reference in similar 9 FA power plants,and the reliability of unit operation is improved.
