摘  要:绝缘油气相的色谱分析技术可以检测电气设备绝缘潜伏性故障,其应用的范围更加广泛,主要的功效就是及时发现变压器故障问题。气相色谱会应用到空气、氢气以及氮气等载气,色谱试验的结果,可以受到载气质量水平的明显影响。当前变压器绝缘油气相的色谱分析中,通常采取的载气就是常规气体钢瓶。正确的安装气体发生器,应用于绝缘油气相色谱分析中获得良好的成效,能够全面的代替常规气体钢瓶当作载气。The chromatographic analysis technology of insulating oil gas phase can detect the latent insulation fault of electrical equipment,its application scope is more extensive,and its main function is to find the transformer fault in time.Gas chromatography can be applied to carrier gases such as air,hydrogen and nitrogen.The results of chromatographic test can be significantly affected by the quality level of carrier gas.In the current gas chromatography analysis of transformer insulating oil,the conventional gas cylinder is usually used as carrier gas.The correct installation of gas generator,applied to the gas chromatography analysis of insulating oil,has achieved good results,can completely replace the conventional gas cylinder as carrier gas.
