摘　　要：运用文献资料法等,对世界竞技体育强国运动员保障经验进行总结和归纳,为我国运动员保障提供借鉴。世界竞技体育强国运动员保障经验主要包括:重视运动和职业生涯双发展、强调运动员文化教育、注重改善运动员收入待遇、运动员就业工作贯穿生涯始终。对我国的启示:全面深化体教融合,确保运动员文化教育体系正常运转;优化运动员资金援助体系,提高运动员收入待遇;拓宽运动员多元就业渠道,不断增强运动员的就业竞争力;健全运动员保障政策法规,提升运动员保障法治化水平。By using the method of literature review,this paper sorted out and summarized the experience of athletes safeguarding from world competitive sporting powerhouse in order to provide reference for China.The experience of athletes safeguarding from the world competitive sporting powerhouse mainly includes the following aspects,such as paying attention to the dual development of sports and career,emphasizing athletes'cultural education,laying emphasis on the improvement of athletes'income and treatment,and putting the employment work of athletes throughout their careers.Enlightenment to China:We should comprehensively deepen the integration of sports and education to ensure the normal operation of the cultural and educational system for athletes,optimize the fi nancial assistance system for athletes and improve the income treatment of athletes,expand multiple employment channels for athletes and continuously enhance their employment competitiveness,and perfect policies and regulations on athletes’security and improve the level of legalization of athlete security.
