摘 要:以γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷和N,N-二甲基十八胺为原料,KI为催化剂,甲醇和二甲基亚砜为混合溶剂,通过季铵化反应,成功合成了二甲基十八烷基[3-(三甲氧基硅基)丙基]氯化铵,分析了季铵化反应过程中催化剂用量、溶剂用量、溶剂配比以及反应时间对该反应的影响。实验结果表明,以相对十八烷基二甲基叔胺的摩尔用量为0.20的碘化钾做催化剂,80%甲醇和20%二甲基亚砜为混合溶剂,溶剂用量为反应原料总质量分数的40%时,70℃反应45 h,反应效率最佳,可以得到产物收率大于90%的二甲基十八烷基[3-(三甲氧基硅基)丙基]氯化铵。Usingγ-chloropropyltrimethoxysilane and N,N-dimethyloctadecylamine as raw materials,KI as a catalyst,methanol and dimethyl sulfoxide as a mixed solvent,through a quaternization reaction,dimethyl octadecyl[3-(trimethoxysilicon)propyl]ammonium chloride was successfully synthesized,the influence of catalyst dosage,solvent dosage,solvent ratio and reaction time on the reaction during the quaternization reaction was analyzed.The experimental results showed that potassium iodide was used as a catalyst with a molar amount of 0.20 relative to the molar amount of octadecyl dimethyl tertiary amine,80%methanol and 20%dimethyl sulfoxide were used as a mixed solvent,and the amount of solvent was 40%of the total mass fraction of the reaction raw materials.At 70℃for 45 h,the reaction efficiency was the best,and dimethyloctadecyl[3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl]ammonium chloride could be obtained with a product yielde greater than 90%.
