摘 要:正-仲氢在低温下物理性质有很大的差异,如沸点、熔点等,利用这个特性可定量定性表征低温精馏工艺塔的分离效果。因为精确测量低温下正-仲氢的比例尤为重要。本文利用γ-Al_(2)O_(3)单体在液氮温度下实现了正-仲氢的分离。实验结果表明:在柱箱为50℃,保持时间为15 min,检测器温度为200℃,载气流速为25 mL/min,色谱柱长度为2 m时,色谱柱填充物γ-Al_(2)O_(3)单体粒径为(60~80)目时,正-仲氢分离效果最好。The physical properties of ortho-secondary hydrogen differ greatly at low temperature,such as boiling point and melting point.This property can be used to quantitatively and qualitatively characterize the separation effect of low temperature distillation column.In this paper,the separation of ortho-para ratio byγ-Al_(2)O_(3) monomer at liquid nitrogen temperature was realized.The experimental results showed that when the column oven was 50℃,the holding time was 15 mins,the detector temperature was 200℃,the carrier gas flow rate was 25 mL/min,and the column length was 2 m,the chromatographic column packingγ-Al_(2)O_(3) monomer particle size was 60~80 mesh,the separation effect of normal and parahydrogen was the best.
