摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎病例密切接触者的有效管理是控制传染病疫情扩散的重要手段,做好医院内医学观察点的密切接触者管理可避免院内续发病例的出现。为满足北京市应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控的工作需求,北京预防医学会组织专家撰写了《新型冠状病毒肺炎病例密切接触者医学观察管理指南第4部分:住院患者医学观察》(T/BPMA007.4-2020)团体标准,针对医院医学观察点的管理、设置、人员、通风、污物/废弃物、消毒、医学观察和实施等方面内容进行了具体规定,为住院患者医学观察提供标准支持。The effective management of close contacts of coronavirus pneumonia is important to control the spread of infectious diseases,and good management of close contacts at hospital medical observation sites can prevent the emergence of secondary cases in hospital.For the purpose of meeting the needs of Beijing to prevent and control the epidemic situation of coronavirus pneumonia,the Beijing Association of Preventive Medicine organized experts to write up the group Standard entitled Guidelines for the management of medical observation of close contacts of coronavirus disease 2019 cases Part 4:Medical observation of patients in hospital(T/BPMA007.4-2020).The management,setting,personnel,ventilation,dirt/waste,disinfection,medical observation content and implementation of hospital medical observation sites are specified to provide standard support for medical observation of patients in hospital.
