摘 要:为了观察和记录生物活体的生长过程,设计了一种活细胞浓度和电导率测量系统。系统总体设计方案主要包括系统硬件设计、控制逻辑设计和上位机软件设计,硬件设计部分包括激励信号源的硬件组成、信号调理电路设计和采集传输电路设计,控制逻辑设计部分主要包括激励信号源工作模式配置、采集传输逻辑设计,通过对测量值与介电常数、活细胞浓度以及电导率之间关系的分析,系统的介电常数测量范围可以达到400 pF/cm,电导率测量范围可以达到40 mS/cm。测试结果表明,系统中各个模块均能稳定工作。In order to observe and record the growth process of living organisms,a living cell concentration and conductivity measurement system was designed.System overall design mainly includes the system hardware design,control logic design and PC software design,hardware design part includes excitation signal source,signal conditioning circuit design of the hardware and the collection and transmission circuit design,control logic design part mainly includes the incentive source working mode configuration and gathering transmission logic design.Through the analysis of the relationship between the measured value and the dielectric constant,living cell concentration and conductivity,the dielectric constant measurement range of the system can reach 400 pF/cm,and the conductivity measurement range can reach 40 mS/cm.The test results show that each module in the system can work stably.
