摘 要:目的观察盆腔器官脱垂(pelvic organ prolapse,POP)患者子宫主韧带组织中炎性因子、氧化损伤标志物水平变化,并分析其与病情程度的关系。方法选取2018年6月至2019年在河南新郑郑州西亚斯医院接受治疗的50例POP患者和50例非POP以及无尿失禁患者作为研究对象,分别作为POP组和对照组。检测2, 3-二羟基苯甲酸(2, 3-Dihydorxybenzoate, 2, 3-DHB)、丙二醛(Malondialdehyde, MDA)、白细胞介素-1(Interleukin-1, IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6, IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor, TNF-α)、脂质过氧化物(Lipid peroxidation, LPO)、总抗氧化能力(Total-Anti Oxidative Capacity,T-AOC)、一氧化氮(Nitric Oxide, NO)水平,并对盆腔器官脱垂程度与炎性因子及氧化损伤标志物相关性进行分析。结果 POP组患者子宫主韧带中的IL-6、IL-1、TNF-α水平显著高于正常组(P <0.05);POP组患者子宫主韧带组织中的2, 3-DHB、LPO、MDA水平显著高于正常组,T-AOC、NO表达水平明显低于正常组(P <0.05);盆腔器官脱垂程度越严重,患者子宫主韧带组织中的2, 3-DHB、LPO、MDA表达水平越高,T-AOC、NO表达水平越低(P <0.05)。结论 POP患者子宫主韧带组织中炎性因子、氧化损伤标志物水平发生显著改变,POP发生机制可能与炎性损伤及氧化应激相关。Objective To investigate the changes of inflammatory factors, oxidative damage markers in the main ligament of uterus in patients with pelvic organ prolapse.And analyze the relation with the illness degree.Methods 50 cases of POP patients treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as POP group, and 50 patients without POP and incontinence as the normal group.The level of 2,3-dihydroxy benzoic acid(2, 3-DHB), Malondialdehyde, Malondialdehyde(MDA), Interleukin 6(IL-6), Interleukin 1(IL-1), Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),Lipid peroxides(LPO), Total antioxidant Capacity(T-AOC), Nitric Oxide were measured respectively.The correlation of pelvic organ prolapse degree with the Oxidative damage markers and antioxidant enzymes were analyzed.Results The levels of IL-6, IL-1, TNF-α, 2, 3-DHB, LPO and MDA in the main uterine ligament of the POP group were significantly higher than those of the normal group(P < 0.05).and the expression levels of T-AOC, NO were significantly lower than the normal group(P < 0.05).The more severe pelvic organ prolapse, the higher the expression levels of 2,3-DHB, LPO and MDA, and the lower the expression levels of T-AOC, NO(P < 0.05).Conclusion The levels of inflammatory factors, markers of oxidative damage and antioxidant enzymes in the main ligament tissues of the uterus of POP patients were significantly changed, and the mechanism of POP may be related to inflammatory damage and oxidative stress.
