摘  要:为了获取高温时煤的介电系数,完善煤炭电介质物理学理论和拓宽微波的工业应用,本文提出了一种基于传输/反射法的脊波导结构,用于测量915 MHz时煤粉室温至1100℃的散射参数,并结合深度神经网络算法反演出不同温度下的介电系数。测量结果表明,煤粉的介电特性在600℃以下保持相对稳定,随着温度的进一步升高,介电系数实部和损耗角正切呈现出先急剧增加,随后下降,再趋于稳定的变化趋势。本研究可以为使用电磁法探测煤火或采空区火灾、火源位置提供基础的煤岩电磁参数数据。In order to obtain the dielectric properties of coals at high temperatures,and perfect the theory of coal dielectric physics and broaden the industrial application of microwave,a ridge waveguide structure based on the transmission/reflection method is proposed to measure the scattering parameters of pulverized coals from room temperature to 1100℃at 915 MHz.Permittivity at different temperatures is inversely calculated using the deep neural network algorithm.The measurement results indicate that the permittivity of the pulverized coals is relatively stable below 600℃.The real part of the permittivity and the tangent of the loss angle increase sharply with the increase of the temperature,and then decline,finally reach stable.The work done in this paper can provide basic data of electromagnetic parameters of coals and rocks for detecting the location of fire source in coal fire or goaf by electromagnetic method.
