摘　　要：以梅赛德斯-奔驰文化中心弱电智能化升级项目为例,针对首次接触到的基于BIM+GIS的设备运维管理平台系统,总结技术经验。阐述了对于设备运维管理平台系统集成技术设计方面的一点认识,对包含多系统知识的设备运维管理平台模型设计、数据获取、具体应用效果等做了详细说明。This paper summarizes some technical experience of the equipment operation and maintenance management platform system based on BIM+GIS,which I first came into contact with in the process of the weak current intelligent upgrading project of Mercedes Benz cultural center.This paper expounds the understanding of the system integration technology design of the equipment operation and maintenance management platform,and makes a detailed description of the model design,data acquisition and specific application effect of the equipment operation and maintenance management platform including multi system knowledge.
