摘  要:随着电子通信、仪器仪表及航空航天行业不断向小型化方向发展,对电子元器件提出了更高的要求。精密电阻作为重要的电子元器件也得到了关注。高功率的精密贴片电阻可以降低现有方案复杂度,高效实现安装,并实现小型化的发展需求。文章针对高功率贴片电阻需求进行了研究并提出了基于金属膜工艺和绕组工艺的改进整合技术,给出了5 W和7 W高功率贴片电阻的新型解决方案,且该产品已经应用到客户平台化产品线中。With the development of electronic communication,instrumentation and aerospace industry towards miniaturization,higher requirements are put forward for electronic components.As an important electronic component,precision resistance has also been concerned.High power precision chip resistors can reduce the complexity of existing solutions,achieve efficient installation,and meet the development needs of miniaturization.In this paper,the demand of high-power SMR is studied,and the improved integration technology based on metal film process and winding process is proposed.The new solutions of 5 W and 7 W high-power SMR are given,and the product has been applied to the customer platform product line.
