摘  要:导体是电线电缆传输电力或信息的主体构件,铜导体作为传输电流性能优良的载体,一直广泛应用于电线电缆产品之中,是电线电缆的重要组成部分。导体直流电阻是衡量电线电缆电性能的重要指标。影响导体直流电阻的因素有很多,对于电力电缆紧压圆形绞合导体来说,绞合节距和填充系数是加工工艺中对导体直流电阻产生影响的重要因素。Conductor is the main component of wire and cable to transmit power or information.As a carrier with excellent current transmission performance,copper conductor has been widely used in wire and cable products and is an important part of wire and cable.Conductor DC resistance is an important indicator to measure the electrical performance of wires and cables.There are many factors that affect the DC resistance of conductors.For power cables to compress round stranded conductors,the stranding pitch and filling factor are important factors that affect the DC resistance of the conductor in the processing technology.
