参芪通乳汤治疗气血虚弱型产后缺乳疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨参芪通乳汤治疗气血虚弱型产后缺乳的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取重庆市大足区中医院2016年7月-2018年7月妇产科住院分娩气血虚弱型产后缺乳产妇,采用随机抽样的方法,抽取79例口服参芪通乳汤中药汤剂产妇组成治疗组,抽取未采用药物治疗33例产妇组成观察组。分别于治疗前、治疗后15 d、治疗后30 d进行评分,比较治疗疗效与不良反应差异。结果:两组主证候评分和次证候评分之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),处理组与时间点之间有交互作用(P<0.05),两组在不同时间主症证候评分和次症症状评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组中医证候疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参芪通乳汤治疗气血虚弱型产后缺乳的临床疗效显著,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenqi Tongru decoction(参芪通乳汤) in the treatment of postpartum hypogalactia of Qi(气) and blood deficiency type. Methods: Cases of postpartum hypogalactia of Qi and blood deficiency type in gynecology and obstetrics treated in Chongqing Dazu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2016 to July 2018 were selected. Using the random sampling method, 79 cases of puerpera taking Shenqi Tongru decoction orally were selected to form the treatment group, and 33 cases of puerpera not treated with drugs were selected to form the observation group. Scores were scored before treatment, 15 days after treatment, and 30 days after treatment to compare the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions. Results: There was significant difference between the two groups in main symptom scores and secondary symptom scores(P<0.05). There was interaction between processing group and time point(P<0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups in the main syndrome score and secondary symptom score at different time(P<0.05), the effect of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of Shenqi Tongru decoction is remarkable on postpartum hypogalactia of the deficiency of Qi and blood type.
