中医护理联合优质护理在急性粒细胞白血病患者护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医护理联合优质护理在急性粒细胞白血病患者护理中的应用研究。方法:将2018年1月-2019年10月在中山市人民医院血液科治疗的80例急性粒细胞白血病患者随机分为两组,对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用中医护理联合优质护理,对比两组的心理状态变化、并发症发生率、生存质量测定量表(The World Health Organization Quality of Life,WHOQOLBREF)评分变化。结果:观察组护理后焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-Rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组口腔感染、皮肤感染、胃肠道不适、出血等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后心理领域、生理领域、环境领域、社会领域以及WHOQOL-BREF总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理联合优质护理在急性粒细胞白血病患者护理中的应用效果显著,能有效改善患者的心理状态,降低并发症发生率,提高生活质量,具有积极的临床意义。Objective: To explore the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with quality nursing in the nursing of patients with acute myelogenous leukemia. Methods: 80 patients with acute myelogenous leukemia treated in the hematology department of Zhongshan People’s Hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with quality nursing. The psychological state changes, complication rate, and quality of life(WHOQOL-BREF) scores of the two groups were compared. Results:SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of oral infection, skin infection, gastrointestinal discomfort, bleeding and other complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total scores of psychological field, physiological field, environmental field, social field and WHOQOL-BREF in the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of TCM nursing combined with quality nursing has remarkable effects in the nursing of patients with acute myelogenous leukemia, which can effectively improve the psychological state of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the quality of life.
