基于气血理论探讨补气补血中药防治骨质疏松症的研究进展

摘　　要：人体生命的维持和脏腑的功能活动需要气血的支持,而二者的正常运转则保证气血的化生。骨质疏松症主要是以骨量减低和骨组织微结构破坏为特点,继而导致骨脆性增加,易发生骨折的一种代谢性疾病,而其病理生理上的细微变化与脏腑功能的变化密不可分,气血的变化一方面反映了脏腑功能的状况,另一方面揭示了骨质疏松症的发病机制。但骨质疏松症的发生是一个渐进、长期的过程,它是以肾、肝、脾为主的脏腑气血功能逐渐衰退为主要表现的过程",气为血帅,血为气母",气虚则滞,气滞则又致血瘀,而气滞瘀血一旦留于体内,又会进一步损伤人体正气,从而影响脏腑的气化功能,最终导致脏腑之气愈衰、瘀血愈积的非正常的恶性循环状态,加之人体受外邪侵袭,骨质疏松症也就越发容易发生。这也是骨质疏松症患者产生疼痛的重要原因,故从气血论治骨质疏松症,既有一定的科学内涵,又有一定的临床意义。本文初步综述了近年来补气补血中药及其提取的单体化合物治疗骨质疏松症的研究进展,以期为中医药治疗骨质疏松症提供新的理论基础。The maintenance of human life and the function of Zang-fu(脏腑) organs need the support of Qi(气) and blood, and the normal operation of the two ensures the metagenesis of Qi and blood. Osteoporosis mainly based on bone mass reduction and bone tissue microstructure damage characteristics, which in turn has led to an increased osteopsathyrosis, prone to fracture of a metabolic disease, and its pathological physiological subtle changes is inseparable with the changes in the viscera function, internal transport and distribution Qi and blood, Qi and blood is maintaining the physiological functions of the Zang-fu organs, Qi and blood changes reflect the condition of the viscera function on one hand, on the other hand also revealed that the pathogenesis of osteoporosis. But the occurrence of osteoporosis is a gradual, long process, it is the function of kidney, liver, spleen of viscera of declining as the main performance of the process, "Qi for blood, blood gas for mother", Qi deficiency is sluggish, and Qi stagnation and blood stasis caused by, and once the Qi and blood stasis in the body, and further damage the body upright, thus affect the gasification of the viscera function, eventually leading to the gas of the Zangfu organs failure, blood stasis, the product of a vicious cycle of abnormal state, together with the human body by the attacks, osteoporosis is more likely to happen. This is also an important reason for pain in osteoporosis patients, so the treatment of osteoporosis based on Qi and blood has certain scientific connotation and certain clinical significance. In order to provide a new theoretical basis for the treatment of osteoporosis by traditional Chinese medicine, the research progress of Qi and blood tonic herbs and the monomer compounds extracted from them were reviewed in this paper.
