摘　　要：目的:设计适用于紧急医学救援及院外急救中的全身骨折和局部骨折伤员的搬(吊)运和辅助固定的伤病员骨折固定担架。方法:通过系统对伤病员骨折固定担架的分类,根据紧急医学救援的实际需求,有针对性地开展骨折伤员快速、安全固定关键技术研究,提出伤病员骨折固定担架的结构组成、指标要求和试验要求。结果:伤病员骨折固定担架的结构设计可满足骨折伤员搬运需求,能够最大限度减少伤员的二次损伤;试验方法与骨折固定担架结构设计高度契合,满足担架性能测试需求。结论:骨折固定担架的设计为骨折伤病员固定担架规范化研发、生产和选型提供科学依据,以达到减少骨折伤病员继发性损伤的目的。Objective:To design a stretcher for fracture fixation which was suitable for transporting and auxiliary fixation of patients with systemic and local fractures in emergency medical rescue and extrahospital first aid.Methods:The stretchers of fracture fixation of patients were classified through system.And the research of key technique of fast and safe fixation for patients with fracture was developed with aim according to the actual demand of emergency medical rescue.And then,the structural composition,indicator requirements and test requirements of the stretcher for patients with fracture fixation were put forward.Results:The structural design of the stretcher for patients who need fracture fixation can meet the requirement of transporting patients with fracture,and it can reduce the secondary injury at maximum extent.In addition,the test method is highly consistent with the structural design of the stretcher for fracture fixation,and it can meet the requirements of the test of the performance test of stretcher.Conclusion:The design of the stretcher for fracture fixation provides scientific basis for the standardized development,production and model selection of the fixed stretcher of patients with fracture so as to achieve the purpose of reducing secondary injury of patients with fracture.
