摘　　要：目的:设计专用组合背负式担架,用于特殊环境下重症伤病员的搬运。方法:针对紧急医学救援的实际需求,设计适合在特殊环境地域急救使用的组合背负式担架,并对组合背负式担架的技术性能、结构等指标进行论证。结果:组合背负式担架适合在狭小空间、楼梯、壕堑、船艇、山岳丛林、高原山脊、坍塌建筑物等特殊环境地域对伤病员实施紧急医学救援,并可用于院外紧急救治的搬运。结论:组合背负式担架的论证与设计为其研发、采购、升级改进及市场规范化提供技术支撑,是专用担架的重要种类。Objective:To explore a special combined backpack stretcher which can be used in carrying patients with severe illness in special environment.Methods:Aimed at the actual demand of the emergency medical rescue,the combined backpack stretcher that is suitable to the use of first-aid in special environment field.And the series of indicators included technical performance,structure and other indicators of the combined backpack stretcher were demonstrated.Results:The combined backpack stretcher is suitable to implement emergency medical rescue for patients in special environment such as narrow space,stair,trenches,boat,mountain jungle,plateau ridge,collapsed building and so on.And it could be used in the carry of extrahospital emergency aid and treatment.Conclusion:The demonstration and design can provide technical support for the research and development,procurement,upgrading and improvement,and market standardization of combined backpack stretcher,and this stretcher is the important kind of special stretcher.
