摘  要:目的:依据国家卫生行业标准"伽玛照相机、单光子发射断层成像设备(SPECT)质量控制检测规范"(WS523-2019),通过对SPECT仪进行固有空间分辨力和固有空间线性稳定性的检测,调查SPECT仪的合格率。方法:按照国家卫生行业标准(WS523-2019),接受培训后的北京市37家医疗机构质量控制人员,利用随机附带的四象限铅栅对各自单位正在使用的40台(37家)SPECT设备进行固有空间分辨力和固有空间线性稳定性的检测,其中36台设备由医院质量控制人员检测完成,4台设备由SPECT设备保修单位检测完成。结果:在对40台SPECT的固有空间线性检测显示,40台SPECT中1台SPECT的两个探头的狭缝图像均有明显的弯曲,检测不合格,其他39台的两个探头的检测均合格,合格率为97.5%;固有空间分辨力检测显示,探头1、探头2检测合格的SPECT数量分别为29台、30台,合格率分别为72.5%、75%;在标准允许5%偏差的情况下,探头1、探头2检测合格的SPECT数量均为37台,合格率均为92.5%;检测不合格的SPECT使用年限均在10年以上。结论:纳入调查的37家医院中有90%的医院均能自主利用四象限铅栅法完成SPECT固有空间分辨力和固有空间线性稳定性的检测,而医疗机构应按照WS523-2019进行SPECT的稳定性检测,并及时更新不合格的SPECT设备。Objective:To generally survey the pass rate of single-photon emission computed tomograph(SPECT)by testing the intrinsically spatial resolution and the linear stability of intrinsic space of SPECT according to National Health Industry Standard[“Specification for testing of quality control in gamma cameras and single photon emission computed tomograph(SPECT)”(WS 523-2019)].Methods:According to WS 523-2019,the trained personnel of quality control of 37 medical institutions of Beijing tested intrinsically spatial resolution and the linear stability of intrinsic space of 40 used SPECT in their institution by using the quadrant bar phantom attached with the instrument.36 instruments of them were tested by personnel of quality control of hospital,and 4 instruments were tested by guarantee company of SPECT instrument.Results:The results of intrinsically spatial linearity of 40 SPECTs indicated slit images of two detectors of 1 instrument of 40 SPECTs were obviously bend and the test of this SPECT was disqualification.And the two detectors of other 39 SPECTs were qualification,the pass rate of the two detectors was 97.5%.And the results of intrinsic spatial resolution indicated the number of SPECTs which detector 1 or detector 2 were qualification were 29 and 30,respectively.And the pass rates of them were 72.5%and 75%,respectively.The both numbers of SPECT with qualified detector 1 or detector 2 were 37 instruments under the 5%deviation was allowed by standard,and the pass rates of them were 92.5%.And the service life periods of all disqualified SPECT were above 10 years.Conclusion:90%of hospital can autonomously use quadrant bar phantom to complete the test of intrinsically spatial resolution and the linear stability of intrinsic space of SPECT.And the medical institution should implement the test of stability of SPECT as WS523-2019 and timely renew disqualified SPECT instrument.
