摘  要:目的:分析影响生物安全实验室压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌质量的根本原因,提出对应的解决方案。方法:分析脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器的基本原理,剖析其结构组成,检测汽源压力、蒸汽质量、温度及主体不密封性等指标,制定提高灭菌质量对策。结果:汽源压力不稳定、蒸汽质量不达标、温度不达标及主体不密封等是影响灭菌质量的基本因素。通过增加减压阀稳定汽源压力、降低蒸汽冷凝水提高蒸汽质量、有效的灭菌温度、定期清洗更换密封圈确保密闭性以及科学管理等有效可行对策,提高了生物安全实验室灭菌器灭菌质量。结论:采取有效可行的对策,可提高灭菌质量,为生物安全实验室管理提供参考依据。Objective:To analyze the root cause affecting the sterilization quality of the pressure steam sterilizer in the biosafety laboratory and propose the corresponding countermeasure.Methods:The countermeasures to improve the sterilization quality were formulated by analyzing the basic principle and structural composition of pressure steam sterilizer and detecting the steam source pressure,steam quality,temperature and main body leakiness and other indicators.Results:The basic factors affecting the sterilization quality were unstable steam pressure,unqualified steam quality and temperature and unsealed main structure,etc..Sterilization quality of sterilizers in biosafety laboratories could be improved by increasing pressure relief valve to stabilize the steam source pressure,reducing steam condensed water,improving steam quality,maintaining effective sterilization temperature and regularly cleaning and replacing the seals to ensure the sealing and conducting scientific management.Conclusion:Effective and feasible measures could improve the quality of sterilization and provide reference for biosafety laboratory management.
