摘　　要：骨骼肌损伤是一种常见的临床损伤性疾病。目前的治疗方法主要包括传统中医疗法和现代西医疗法,但这些治疗方式均存在较多问题,如按摩及针刺疗法疗程长、疗效差,穴位注射疗法易损伤神经,生长因子治疗可导致肌肉类瘤样畸形,干细胞移植存在免疫排斥反应问题,电刺激治疗持久性差及引起黏膜的破损和出血等。外泌体是一种富含多种遗传物质及蛋白质的微小囊泡,在骨骼肌损伤性疾病的修复过程中发挥重要的调控作用,其作为一种新型的治疗方式,能够有效避免治疗中出现的上述问题,因此具有广阔的应用前景。本文综述了当前外泌体在骨骼肌损伤修复中的研究进展。Skeletal muscle injury is a common clinical injury disease.The current treatment include traditional Chinese medicine and modern Western medicine,but these therapies have many problems.For example,massage and acupuncture have long treatment with poor efficacy,acupoint injection is easy to damage nerves,growth factor treatment can cause tumor-like malformations of muscle,stem cell transplantation may cause immune rejection,electrical stimulation results in mucosal injury and bleeding with poor durability.Exosomes are tiny vesicles rich in genetic substances and proteins,which play an important role in rebuilding injured muscles.As a novel therapy,exosomes can avoid the complications of the current treatments.Therefore,exosomes have broad prospects.This article reviews the current research progress of exosomes in rebuilding injured muscles.
