摘　　要：随着针刀疗法的发展创新,许多新型的针刀疗法相继出现,在提高针刀疗效、降低不良反应方面成效显著。本文通过检索中国知网、万方、PubMed等中外文数据库,对近年来针刀治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床研究进行综述。临床针刀治疗肱骨外上髁炎多采用联合疗法,并且出现了超微针刀、水针刀、埋线针刀等新型的针刀工具,本文对不同针刀疗法的特点、临床应用情况进行归纳分析,为未来针刀治疗肱骨外上髁炎等慢性劳损性疾病的研究和发展方向提供参考。With the development and innovation of akupotomye treatment,many new akupotomye treatments have emerged one after another,which have achieved remarkable results in improving the efficacy of akupotomye and reducing adverse reactions.By searching Chinese and foreign databases such as CNKI,Wanfang Data and PubMed,this paper reviews the clinical research on akupotomye in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis in recent years.Clinical akupotomye treatment of external humeral epicondylitis is mostly combined therapy,and the emergence of new akupotomye tools,such as super-micro akupotomye,water akupotomye,embedding akupotomye,etc.In this paper,the characteristics and clinical application of different akupotomye treatment are summarized and analyzed,so as to provide reference for the future research and development direction of akupotomye in the treatment of chronic strain diseases such as external humeral epicondylitis.
